As the majority owner, Sarah Nash has led Novagard’s transformation from an industrial manufacturer to an electronics-grade manufacturer of highly engineered silicones sealants and coating solutions. She sets the strategic direction, and is committed to working with business leaders and supply chain partners to deliver innovative solutions. She retired in 2005 as a Vice Chairman from J.P. Morgan’s Global Investment where her leadership roles included co-heading Corporate Finance/M&A in North America including President of JPMorgan Canada and Head of Leverage Finance. Sarah serves on the boards of public and private companies as well as non-profit organizations. Sarah was recently named to the 50 Club of Cleveland.

Cross-functional team leader with 22 years experience leading projects, driving change, and exceeding performance targets.

MK is a creative, hands-on executive with over 20 years experience establishing and leading brands as the basis for building successful businesses, both for startup companies and established mid-sized companies. Recently named Crain's Cleveland Business "Who to Watch" in Technology, MK received an undergraduate degree in Chemistry from Bowling Green State University and a law degree from Case Western Reserve University. He serves on the marketing advisory board for BGSU, and lives in Cleveland with his wife and cats.
A hands-on chemist with over 30 years of experience, Dr. Goldslager advances our product line expansion as the head of R&D. He has led the development of many proprietary adhesion promoters as well as the development of our UV cured line of silicones. A man of many talents, he can be found as much in the lab as on the manufacturing floor. Barry holds a B.S. in Chemistry from The Ohio State University and a Ph.D. in Materials Science from the University of Cincinnati.
Wanda is an improvement-driven leader with over 20 years of management experience with the emphasis on quality control and compliance strategies. A certified Six Sigma Green Belt (PFMEA, Root Cause Analysis, Process Improvement), Wanda has her MBA from AGH University of Science and Technology (former University of Mining and Metallurgy) and a BA in Operations Management and Business Statistics from Cleveland State University. She has successfully developed a robust Quality department at Novagard and leads the organization through customer audits and the ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certification process.
Beth is an experienced team leader committed to building organizational value through a customer-centric approach. As a member of Novagard’s customer experience group, Beth combines her passion for solving customer problems with her expertise leading diverse teams and leveraging data to make strategic decisions. She received her B.A. from Kenyon College and her M.B.A. from Case Western Reserve University. Her commitment to lifelong learning has led her to complete certificate programs in UX design, project management, leadership development, operations management, and customer experience. Beth also serves as an elected council person for the Village of Hiram, where she lives with her husband, two sons, and dog named Larry.
