Sarah E. Nash, Chairman, CEO, and President

Sarah Nash retired in August 2005 as a Vice Chairman for J.P. Morgan’s Global Investment Bank with broad M&A, Capital Markets and Lending experience across all industry groups, including Financial Services. Her leadership roles included co-heading Corporate Finance/M&A in North America including President of JPMorgan Canada and Head of Leverage Finance. Since that time, she has acted as a Board Director for public and private companies and for non-profit organizations. Additionally, Sarah invests in privately held Biotech and other venture-backed companies. Sarah was recently named to the 50 Club of Cleveland.

Ron Moeller, Chief Financial Officer

Provides treasury, financial operations, and strategic financial leadership. Demonstrated leadership in directing the accounting/finance departments to excellence. Delivered notable operational improvements, productivity increases, and cost-saving results to organizations. Supported success by promoting engagement and collaborations with partners. Joe Borak, Vice President, Building Systems

Joe leads several business units for Novagard, including Building Systems (OEM and Installation), Leisure, Industrial Hybrids, and PVC Foam. Jason Clark, Vice President, Electronics and EV

Jason is an experienced executive, serving as a global general manager and strategic marketing leader who has built new programs from concept to multi-million dollar success, delivered double-digit business unit growth, and optimized constrained assets. Cross-functional team leader with 22 years experience leading projects, driving change, and exceeding performance targets.

Ted Berchak, Vice President, Operations

Transformational executive who energizes teams to achieve operational excellence and create a culture of execution in private equity, Fortune 200, & mid-size company environments. Deep and broad experience in Quality, Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain and Procurement, and deploying Lean & Six Sigma initiatives. Accomplished at enabling significant YOY sales growth, profitability, and organizational efficiency.

Greg Lyons, Vice President, Human Resources

Key contributing member of business leadership teams aligning HR strategies and initiatives with financial, operational and organizational objectives. Demonstrated experience in strategic business partnering, talent and performance management, employee relations, succession planning, coaching, competency modeling, organization development & effectiveness, employee engagement, compensation & benefits, staffing & recruitment, training & development, employment law and compliance.

Michael “MK” Kister, Vice President, Marketing & Product Management

MK is a creative, hands-on executive with over 20 years experience establishing and leading brands as the basis for building successful businesses, both for startup companies and established mid-sized companies. Recently named Crain's Cleveland Business "Who to Watch" in Technology, MK received an undergraduate degree in Chemistry from Bowling Green State University and a law degree from Case Western Reserve University. He serves on the marketing advisory board for BGSU, and lives in Cleveland with his wife and cat.

Barry Goldslager, Ph.D., Vice President, Research & Development

A hands-on chemist with over 30 years of experience, Dr. Goldslager advances our product line expansion as the head of R&D. He has led the development of many proprietary adhesion promoters as well as the development of our UV cured line of silicones. A man of many talents, he can be found as much in the lab as on the manufacturing floor. Barry holds a B.S. in Chemistry from The Ohio State University and a Ph.D. in Materials Science from the University of Cincinnati.

Wanda Mroczek, Vice President, Quality

Wanda is an improvement-driven leader with over 20 years of management experience with the emphasis on quality control and compliance strategies. A certified Six Sigma Green Belt (PFMEA, Root Cause Analysis, Process Improvement), Wanda has her MBA from AGH University of Science and Technology (former University of Mining and Metallurgy) and a BA in Operations Management and Business Statistics from Cleveland State University. She has successfully developed a robust Quality department at Novagard and leads the organization through customer audits and the ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 certification process.
